Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellation Before Check-in A full refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled at least 3 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 3 days of check-in will incur a deduction of one night's stay as a cancellation charge. No-Show If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, the booking amount will be forfeited in full. Cancellation After Check-in If a guest checks out earlier than the agreed stay duration, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused portion of the stay. The refund amount will be adjusted for the number of nights stayed and any applicable administrative charges. Early Termination of Long-Term Stay For guests on a long-term or monthly stay plan, a minimum of 15 days' prior written notice is required before early termination. No refund will be provided for the remaining period if the stay is withdrawn or terminated without the required notice. Exceptional Circumstances In cases such as medical emergencies or other genuine unforeseen situations, Joy Suites & Hostel may consider a partial refund at its discretion, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refund Processing All approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
